CVE certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
CVE’s ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications are proof of our commitment to the energy transition. In 2020, we renewed our ISO 9001 quality certification and our ISO 14001 certification for our environmental commitment, valid until 2023.
Since the creation of CVE, we have decided to place quality at the heart of the company. It structures our organization, all our processes and our operational efficiency. It constantly emphasizes the satisfaction of our customers in a logic of continuous improvement. This commitment to quality has allowed CVE to be quickly recognized for its reliability and seriousness by its customers and partners, whether they are SMEs or large CAC 40 companies.
An integrated environmental and quality management system
The Integrated Environmental and Quality Management System (IMS), instituted in 2014, was deployed in 2016 to all of our renewable power production plant development, design, financing, construction, and operational activities. A special structure has been put in place in order to meet the requirements related to meeting targets, risk management, and taking account changes to the context, particularly the regulatory one, within all of our business activities. This proactive approach illustrates our commitment to comply with the requirements of both standards, both in terms of continual improvement and controlling environmental impacts at all levels of the Group.
With ISO 14001 certification, we want to limit our business’s environmental footprint by incorporating into our quality approach an analysis of its impacts and those of our subcontractor partners. Measures to control and reduce those impacts have been put in place. At the head office, several actions have been taken, like organizing paper recycling with the company Elise and setting up recycling bins.
Activities in Chile and the United States have been included in the scope of ISO 9001 certification since January 2019 and in the scope of ISO 14001 certification since January 2020.
AQPV Certification
Since the end of the year 2020, CVE Solar is certified AQPV (Alliance Qualité Photovoltaïque) “design, installation and operation-maintenance of photovoltaic systems” for its solar power plants.
The AQPV-2020-015 certificate was issued in October 2020.
CVE Biogaz has optained the Qualimétha label for the project management assistance activity
In April 2021, CVE Biogaz obtained the Qualimétha® label for the activity of Project Management Assistant (PMA) for a period of three years (end of validity on 04/15/2024). The Qualimétha® label, developed by ATEE and supported by ADEME, is a quality label for anaerobic digestion professionals, which depends on compliance with the following criteria:
Compliance with applicable regulations and adherence to a technical, financial and contractual “good practice charter”:
- The existence of a quality approach accompanied by a continuous improvement process
- Taking into account the expectations of all the actors of the profession
- Environmental excellence
